| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清中透明质酸（HA）与原发性肝癌的关系。方法采用放射免疫分析法对已确诊的45例原发性肝癌者为患者组进行HA测定，并设门诊体检合格者28例为对照组。结果患者组HA阳性率（97．78％）明显高于对照组（3．57％），差异有统计学意义（Х^2=64．78，P〈0．01）。结论血清中HA阳性可作为诊断原发性肝癌有主要价值的指标之一。

| Abstract: | [ Objective ] To discuss the association between hyaluronidase in serum and primary liver cancer. [ Methods] Radioim- munoassay was applied to determine HA in 45 patients （ patient group） with confirmed primary liver cancer, 28 cases with qualified medical examination was selected as control group. [ Results] HA positive rate among patient group was significant higher than that in control group. The difference was significant （ Х^2=64. 78, P 〈0.01 ）. [ Conclusion] Serum HA positive can be used as a principal value of one of the indicators in diagnosing of primary liver cancer. |
