| 摘 要： | 目的 优选薄荷挥发油p环糊精包结工艺的最佳条件。方法 采用饱和水溶液搅拌法制备包结物，用L9(3^4)正交试验，以薄荷油利用率和包结物含油率为指标，筛选工艺条件。结果 影响包结效果的主要因素为包结温度，加油量对包结效果也有一定的影响，搅拌时间为次要因素。最佳工艺条件为：包结温度为40℃，挥发油与p环糊精投料比为1：10，搅拌时间为1h。结论 采用饱和水溶液法对小儿高热清解栓制备中薄荷挥发油β-环糊精包结，操作简单，工艺流程短，便于工业生产。
