实验性脾虚证胃肠动力学与胃肠肽关系的研究

摘    要:采用银球三电极和高灵敏度应变片传感器分别记录实验性脾虚证大鼠胃窦、十二指肠、空肠电和机械活动;采用放射免疫分析方法(RIA)分析了上述部位免疫反应(immunoreactive,ir)胃肠肽ir-SP、ir-VIP、ir-CGRP含量的变化。结果表明,脾虚组大鼠各部位运动节律均低于对照组和治疗组(P<0.05),其电活动的最小振幅均低于对照组和治疗组(P<0.05);十二指肠运动亢进,幅值增高,MMC周期缩短;胃窦ir-SP、ir-VIP含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05);十二指肠ir-SP和ir-VIP含量均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);而空肠只有ir-SP含量高于对照组(P<0.05);十二指肠ir-SP含量明显低于治疗组(P<0.05);各部位ir—CGRP含量比较均无显著差异(P>0.05)。

Abstract:The study showed that motion frequency of several regions in SD rats was lower than control and treatmentgroups, respectively (P<0. 05), minimal amplitute of electric activity was lower than control and treatment,respectively (P< 0. 05). Correlation between motion frequency and moti0n total amplitude index was differentfrom regions, the time of MMC was obviously less than control. the amplitude of m0tility was significantlyhigher than c0ntrol. The ir - SP. ir - VIP levels in antrum of SD rats were obviously less than control. The ir -SP and ir - VIP levels in du0denum of SD rats were obviously higher than control (P< 0. 05 ), but in jejunumonly ir - SP leve1s obvi0usly increased than control(P< 0. 05) The ir - SP level in duodenum of SD rats was sig-nificantly less than treatment (P< 0. 05). but ir - VIP level of treatment was higher than control (P< 0. 05).
