| 摘 要： | 应用中药“骨痹宁”结合联合化疗治疗类风湿关节炎（RA）800例，取得了显著疗效，显效55％，有效45％，总有效率95％。在治疗前，RA患者病情活动，血清sIL－2R水平明显升高，CD8抗原下降。治疗后病情缓解，随之，sIL－2R水平下降，CD8抗原恢升，提示“骨痹宁”结合联合化疗的中西医结合疗法有调节免疫功能的作用，具有标本兼治的功效。

| Abstract: | In this paper, 800 rheumatoid arthritis(RA) cases were treated by Chinese herbs"GuBiLin" Combined with Chemotherapy. The markedly effective rate was 55% and the total effective rate was 95%. The level of serum sIL-2R was rised and antigen CD8 was reduced after treatment. It is suggested that the immun function of patients with RA Should be regulated by the therapy mentioned-above. |
