关怀伦理学视域下的心理咨询与治疗

咨询关系是心理咨询师与来访者之间的相互关系，是心理咨询与治疗最为关键和重要的一部分，咨询关系的好坏直接影响心理咨询的效果。关系问题贯穿于整个心理咨询与治疗的过程当中，咨询师在咨询关系的建立过程中发挥着重要的作用，建立和维持良好的咨询关系不仅是对心理咨询师专业能力的要求，而且具有特殊的伦理学意义。关怀伦理学是基于“关系”的伦理学，从关怀伦理学的视角出发，指出良好的咨询关系的建立和雏持不是咨询师单方面努力的结果，接受性是良好咨询关系建立的前提，互动性是良好咨询关系发展的动力，互惠性是良好咨询关系维持的基础。

Counseling relationship is the most important part of Counseling＆Psychotherapy. The quality of counseling relationship between counselor and supplicants direct impacts on the counseling effect. Counselors or Psychotherapists play an important role in the establishment of counseling relationship. Establishing and maintaining good relationship not only calls for professional counseling skills, but also has a special ethical significance.
