某氧化铝厂建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价

摘    要:目的识别、评价、控制某氧化铝厂建设项目可能产生的职业病危害,为卫生行政部门审批建设项目提供依据。方法依据《工业企业设计卫生标准》(GBZ1—2002)、《工作场所空气中有害物质监测的采样规范》(GBZ159—2004),采用现场调查、现场检测、定量分级等方法对建设项目进行评价。结果该建设项目的选址与总体布置、生产设备布局、职业病防护设施、个人使用的防护用品、职业卫生管理、辅助用室等符合国家有关法规;该项目化生产过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素有:粉尘、毒物、噪声与振动、高温、辐射热、工频电场、电离辐射等;粉尘检测点TWA、STEL合格率分别为87.2%和82.1%;噪声检测点合格率为83.3%;毒物均符合标准。结论该项目的职业病危害控制措施有效、可行。

Control Effect on Occupational Hazards in Construction Project of the Alumina Plant

Abstract:Objective To identify, assess and control the occupational risk factors in the construction project, and provide scientific evidences for the inspection by health administrative departments on this construction project. Methods According to Hygienic Standards for the Design of Industrial Enterprises ( GBZ 1 - 2002) and Specifications of Air Sam- pling for Hazardous Substances Monitoring on the Workplace( GBZ 159 -2004 ), sites were chosen and risk factors of occu- pational diseases were evaluated by the methods of field investigation, monitoring and quantitation classification. Results Contents of this construction project including the selection of site, the overall layout, the arrangement and layout of the facilities, occupational disease prevention and protection measures, the facilities of auxiliary rooms accorded with the requirements of laws and specifications for occupational health. The main occupational risk factors in the construction project were dusts, poisonous chemicals, noise and vibration, high - temperature, heat radiation, power frequency electric field, and radioactive hazards. The qualified rates of TWA and STEL for dust were 87.2% and 82. 1% ; the qualified rate of noise monitoring was 83. 3% ; values of poisonous chemicals met the requirements of national standards. Conclusion The protective measures on occupational diseases in the construction project axe feasible and effective.
