摘    要:目的检测全年妇产科、男性科、皮肤科、泌尿外科等送检患者标本的淋病奈瑟菌(NG)DNA,了解感染情况,分析NG感染规律,提高临床诊治效果及明确行为干预的目标人群,减低其感染性病、艾滋病的危险性。方法运用荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)技术检测,分性别、年龄段、月份3个因素对1291例检测结果进行分析。结果男女总阳性率为13.79%,其中男性阳性率为15.22%,女性阳性率为13.22%,两者差异无统计学意义。男女年龄段间差异均无统计学意义。男性月份间差异无统计学意义,而女性月份间差异有统计学意义。结论NG感染男女无区别,各年龄段间无区别,男性感染月份间差异无统计学意义,而女性感染月份间差异有统计学意义,以秋冬季多发。

Abstract:Objective The specimens were collected from patients in departments of obsterics and gynecology, andrology, dermatology and uronology in our hospital. Neisseria gonorrhoeae (NG) DNA were extracted and measured. The aim of the srudy is to understand NG infectious statue, to enhance its clinical diagnosis and treatment effect, to decide targeted people and so as to decrease the risk for venereal diseases including AIDS.Methods Real-time fluorescence quantitative ploymerase chain reaction (FQ-PCR) was applied to detecting NG DNA from 1 29 1 specimens under three factors (gender, age and months).Results The positive rate of NG was 13.79%, in male was 15.22% and female 13.22%.There was no significant difference in the two groups.There also was no significant difference in different ages and months about the male.But there was statiatical difference in different months about the female.Conclusion There was no statiatical difference of NG infection in different genders and ages. In the female, NG DNA has significant different in different infectious mouths. It is susceptible in fall and winter.
