目的：对比皮下通道型胆囊肝胆管成形术（STHG）与皮下盲襻型肝胆管空肠吻合术（SLCJ）后结石复发情况。方法：追踪随访5年间因肝胆结石接受这两种手术方式治愈的病人，观察其胆管炎发生率和胆管结石复发率。结果：共有134例病人获得随访，手术至随访时间平均4年2个月。STHG组与SLCJ组术后胆管炎的发生率分别为6．1％、21．2％，胆管结石复发率分别为4．1％、17．6％。STHG组术后胆管炎的发生率和胆管结石复发率均明显低于SLCJ组，差异有显著性意义。结论：STHG术后疗效优于SLCJ。

The comparison of the recurrence of hepatolithiasis in two kinds of hepatic portal plasty and biliary reconstraction

Objective To compare the recurrence of hepatolithiasis following subcutaneous tunnel and hepatocholangioplasty with the use of gallbladder(STHG) with that following subcutaneous blindloop cholangio-jejunostomy(SLCJ). Methods To observe the incidence rate of cholangitis and the recurrence rate of hepatolithiasis, we followed up the patients with hepatolithiasis cured with STGH or SLCJ in 5 year.Results During the 5 years,134 patients have been followed up for an average of 4 years and 2 months.In STHG and SLCJ group ,the postoperative incidence rate of cholangitis was 6.1% (3/49)and 21.2%(18/85) respectively; the recurrence rate of hepatolithiasis was 4 1%(2/49) and 17 6%(15/85) respectively.The postoperative incidence rate of cholangitis and recurrence rate of hepatolithiasis were obviously lower in STHG group than that in SLCJ,the difference was significant.Conclusion Patients undergoing STHG have the better results.
