补肾养阴方治疗卵巢早衰临床新探

摘    要:目的:观察补肾养阴方治疗卵巢早衰的效果。方法:中药组40例用补肾养阴方治疗,西药组40例用倍美力及安宫黄体酮治疗。结果:中药组总有效率72.5%,西药组总有效率75.0%,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。中药组患者闭经状况,月经量、色、质、周期,不孕状况,围绝经期症候群,生殖器萎缩等均有明显改善,与西药组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),药物不良反应中药组低于西药组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾养阴方治疗卵巢早衰疗效好,副作用小。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effect of Invigorating the kidney and Nourishing Yin Decoction in treating premature ovarian failure.Method: 40 cases were treated with Invigorating the Kidney and Nourishing Yin Decoction as the TCM group while 40 cases were treated with Premarin and Medroxyprogesterone Acetate as the western medicine group.Result: The total effective rate of the TCM group is 72.5% while that of the western medicine group is 75.0%.There is not significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The condition of the TCM group patients has been improved obviously,such as amenorrhea,the quantity,colour,quality and period of menstruation,dysgenesia,menopause symptom group,aedoeatrophia,and so on.Compared with the condition of the western medicine group,that of the TCM group has significant difference(P<0.05).The TCM group's adverse effect of the medicine is less than the western medicine group's(P<0.05).Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of Invigorating the Kidney and Nourishing Yin Decoction is good and the side effect is little in treaing premature ovarian failure.
