| 摘 要： | 目的：研究数字乳腺X线摄影曝光条件与乳腺分型和乳腺厚度的关系。方法：回顾04年～2007年间采用美国GE公司的senographe2000D全数字化平板摄影机、AOP（参数自动优化）模式摄影获得的6590例头尾位（CC）和内外侧斜位（MLO）乳腺片,分析25908幅Ⅰ级照片中不同乳腺分型和乳腺厚度所采用的曝光条件,研究它们之间的关系。结果：乳腺密度越大、厚度越厚,曝光条件越大。当乳腺厚度相同时,Ⅱ型和Ⅳ型乳腺的曝光条件最大,Ⅰ型乳腺的曝光条件最小,Ⅲ型乳腺的曝光条件居中。结论：乳腺分型和乳腺厚度对曝光条件有影响。管电流量与乳腺的密度呈正比,曝光条件与乳腺厚度成正比。

| Abstract: | Objective：Analysis the effect of mammary typing and thickness on the exposure factors about digital mammography.Methods：25908 first-level mammographic films of CC view and MLO view from 2004 to 2007 by using GE senographe 2000D full digitized FPD X-ray mammary machine and AOP pattern were analysed retrospectively to study the relation of exposure factors and mammary typing and thickness.Results：The bigger the mammary density and thickness,the more the exposure factors.At the same mammary thickness,the exposure factors of typing Ⅱ and Ⅳ is the most, while that of typing Ⅰ is the least among the four typing mammary. Condusion：Mammary typing and thickness have effect on mammographie exposure factors. |
