数字乳腺X线摄影曝光条件与乳腺分型和乳腺厚度的关系探讨

摘    要:目的:研究数字乳腺X线摄影曝光条件与乳腺分型和乳腺厚度的关系。方法:回顾04年~2007年间采用美国GE公司的senographe2000D全数字化平板摄影机、AOP(参数自动优化)模式摄影获得的6590例头尾位(CC)和内外侧斜位(MLO)乳腺片,分析25908幅Ⅰ级照片中不同乳腺分型和乳腺厚度所采用的曝光条件,研究它们之间的关系。结果:乳腺密度越大、厚度越厚,曝光条件越大。当乳腺厚度相同时,Ⅱ型和Ⅳ型乳腺的曝光条件最大,Ⅰ型乳腺的曝光条件最小,Ⅲ型乳腺的曝光条件居中。结论:乳腺分型和乳腺厚度对曝光条件有影响。管电流量与乳腺的密度呈正比,曝光条件与乳腺厚度成正比。

Abstract:Objective:Analysis the effect of mammary typing and thickness on the exposure factors about digital mammography.Methods:25908 first-level mammographic films of CC view and MLO view from 2004 to 2007 by using GE senographe 2000D full digitized FPD X-ray mammary machine and AOP pattern were analysed retrospectively to study the relation of exposure factors and mammary typing and thickness.Results:The bigger the mammary density and thickness,the more the exposure factors.At the same mammary thickness,the exposure factors of typing Ⅱ and Ⅳ is the most, while that of typing Ⅰ is the least among the four typing mammary. Condusion:Mammary typing and thickness have effect on mammographie exposure factors.
