精神科住院病人低血钾情况分析

目的：了解精神科住院病人发生低钾的情况．分析其发生原因．探讨降低住院精神病人低钾发生率的方法。方法：回顾性调查分析1568例精神科住院病人血清钾的浓度低于正常范围的患。结果：精神科住院女病人低钾发生率为10．8%．男病人低钾发生率为8．1％．无显性差异．以夏季为高峰期．占全年41％。精神分裂症病人占总低钾人数92．8%．其发生率与住院时间成正比。结论：饮食不良是精神科住院病人发生低血钾的主要原因．改善饮食可减少精神科住院病人的并发症．有利于促进康复．提高生活质量。

An analysis of hypokalemia of the inpatients in mental department

Objective: The study was to explore the cause of hypokalemia of the inpatients in mental department, and to probe the means to reduce rate of it. Method: 1568 cases of hypokalemia were analyzed. Results: Occurrence rate of hypokalemia of female inpatients in mental department is 10. 8%, male inpatient's is 8. 1%, no significant differences were found among them. Regarding summer as the high peak period, occupy 41%. Schizophrenia patient occupy 92. 8%,rate and hospitalization time of its occurrence direct proportion. Conclusion: The badness of diet is the main reason that hypokalemia occurs, to improve the food can reduces the inpatient's complications, and benefit to promote recovering from illness, increase their quality of life.
