351例泌尿生殖道支原体感染情况及耐药分析

目的：了解泌尿生殖道支原体的感染情况及耐药现状,为合理用药提供可靠依据。方法：采用珠海益民生物工程制品厂生产的支原体培养、鉴定、药敏一体试剂盒,进行支原体培养、鉴定,同时对14种抗生素进行耐药性检测。结果：2009年7～12月年检测标本351份,阳性143份,阳性率为44.1%。351例非淋菌性尿道炎（NGU）患者中,支原体感染阳性192例（39.67%）,其中解脲脲支原体（Uu）感染155例（32.02%）;人支原体（Mh）感染11例（2.27%）;Uu＋Mh混合感染26例（5.37%）。对支原体敏感的前5位药物依次为交沙霉素、克拉霉素、罗红霉素、强力霉素、四环霉素。结论：NGU患者主要以Uu感染为主,交沙霉素、克拉霉素可以作为本地区NGU患者治疗的首选药物。

Infection and drug resistance on 351 cases of mycoplasma infection

Objective：In order to provide a reliable by understanding of mycoplasma infection and drug resistance status. Methods：We used bio-engineering products made in Zhuhai Yimin company,included of plant mycoplasma culture,identification and antimicrobial susceptibility body kit. For mycoplasma culture,identification,and 14 kinds of antibiotics resistance were tested. Results：351 sample were test from July 2009 to December 2009,143 were positive,the positive rate was 44.1%. The results of 351 cases of NGU patients positive for mycoplasma infection in the number of 192 cases（39.67%） in which the number of Uu infection in 155 cases（32.02%）;Mh infection in the number of 11 cases（2.27%）;Uu＋Mh number of mixed infection was 26 cases（5.37%） . The first four pairs of Mycoplasma-sensitive substances,in order josamycin,clarithromycin,roxithromycin,doxycycline,tetracycline. Conclusion：Uu infection mainly in patients with NGU mainly josamycin,clarithromycin and NGU in this region can be used for drug of first choice in patients.
