摘    要:目的 探讨3种不同体位固定技术在腹部肿瘤术后调强放疗(intensity modulated radiotherapy therapy,IMRT)的摆位误差及重复性.方法 选择2013年8月-2014年8月接受IMRT的患者81例,按照体位固定方式分为3组,每组27例.A组采用后仰卧位体膜固定,B组采用MT-BBCF碳纤维腹板固定,C组采用改良版MT-BBCF碳纤维腹板固定.记录3组治疗前1d、治疗后15、21、30、35 d射野中心点偏差情况.结果 3组在X轴上不同时间射野中心点偏移值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Y、Z轴中A组与C组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但A、C组与B组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 改良版MT-BBCF碳纤维腹板摆位误差较小,重复性效果佳.

Abstract:Objective To investigate setup error and repeatability analysis of three different postures for fixation in application of intensity modulated radiotherapy therapy (IMRT) after surgery for abdominal tumor.Methods A total of 81 patients undergoing IMRT during August 2013 and August 2014 were divided into group A,B and C (n =27 for each group).Group A was given supine position immobilizing technique;group B was given MT-BBCF carbon fiber of abdominal plate fixation;group C was given reformative MT-BBCF carbon fiber of abdominal plate fixation.Deviation conditions of center were recorded 1d before treatment and 15d,21d,30d and 35d after treatment among the three groups.Results There were no significant differences in X axly at different time points (P > 0.05);in Y axly and Z axly,there were no significant differences between group A and C (P > 0.05),while there were significant differences between group A and C with group B (P < 0.05).Conclusion Reformative MT-BBCF carbon fiber of abdominal plate fixation has little setup error and good repeatability.
