蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗重度冻伤的临床研究

重度冻伤致毛细血管和小血管壁损伤,血液淤滞栓塞,是造成受伤肢体血液循环障碍而坏死主要原因。作者二年来根据蝮蛇抗栓酶的降低血液粘度、去纤、抗凝、溶栓作用对重度冻伤做针对性治疗23例,在改善肢体血液循环,促进组织修复、保留肢体长度和功能等方面均收到显著效果。困此,伤后迅速温浸复温,及时的去纤、溶栓病因治疗是提高疗效的关键环节。

The clinical studied on treatment of severe frostbite with analysantinfarctasum

The injury of the walls of the capillary and vasculum and the embolism of blood stasis caused by severe frostblte are important cause for blood circulation disorder of frostbiting limbs whict induced tissue necrosis.The effect of ahalysantinfarctasum on the treatment of severe frostbite was studied in 23 patients for 2 years.The results showed that the blood cir- culation,length and function of frostbited limbs,tissue repairing,etc,were improved signifi- cantly by means of ahalysantinfarctasum.It is suggested that the rapid rewarming,defibrina- tion and lysothrombus after frostbite are play an important role in the increasing effect of treatment on severe frostbite.
