心率变异性分析在儿茶酚胺依赖性多形性室速危险分层中的应用

目的 :探讨心率变异性分析 （HRV）在儿茶酚胺依赖性多形性室速 （CPVT）危险分层中的应用价值。方法 :分析 30例 CPVT患者 （心脏性猝死 5例 ,晕厥史 10例 ,无晕厥史 15例 ）及 5 0例正常人 （对照组 ）的心率变异性。结果 :5例猝死患者 HRV各项指标均显著低于其他非猝死 CPVT患者及对照组 ,晕厥组 HRV各项指标均显著低于非晕厥 CPVT组及对照组 ,非晕厥组 HRV各项指标低于对照组但差异不显著。结论 :HRV对于 CPVT患者发生心脏性猝死具有敏感的预测价值 ,可用于 CPVT危险分层。

Application of heart rate variability to danger grading of cathecholaminergic polymorphic ventricular tachycardia

AIM: To investigate whether HRV is valuable in danger grading of cathecholaminergic polymorphic ventricular tachycardia (CPVT). METHODS:HRV indexes of 30 CPVT patients(5 with sudden cardiac death(SCD),10 with syncope history,15 without syncope) and 50 normal persons were analysed. RESULTS: The HRV indexes of 5 patients with SCD were remarkably less than that of all other patients and normal men,and the indexes of those patients without SCD were less than that of normal persons. CONCLUSION: These results indicate that HRV,which sensitive to SCD of CPVT patients is very valuable in danger grading of CPVT.
