海口地区病理性黄疸新生儿G6PD缺陷合并HCMV感染分析

目的了解海口地区病理性黄疸新生儿G6PD缺陷及合并人类巨细胞病毒（HCMV）感染情况。方法采用聚合酶链反应（PCR）技术对176例被确诊为病理性黄疸新生儿患者进行血清巨细胞病毒检测，并同时进行G6PD、血常规、胆红素等各项指标的测定，进行比较。结果176例病理性黄疸新生儿中，HCMV感染45例（25．6％），G6PD缺陷24例（13．6％），感染HCMV17例，其感染率为70．8％。G6PD缺陷＋HCMV感染者17例（9．7％），两者合并感染者的总胆红素、间接胆红素、血红蛋白均比单纯G6PD缺陷者或单纯HCMV感染者明显增高。结论G6PD缺陷的病理性黄疸新生儿HCMV感染较高。

Analysis of G6PD deficiency in pathological jaundice neonates complicated with human ctyomegalovirus infection in Haikou City

Objective To observe the correlation of neonatal pathological jaundice and glucose - 6 - phosphate deplrdrogenase （G6PD） deficiency with human ctyomegalovirus （HCMV） infection in the population of Haikou City. Methods The human cytogegalovirus in blood serum of 176 confirmed pathological jaundice neonates was detected with polymerase chain reaction（PCR）. Laboratory test of routine blood examination, G6PD, blood bilirubin was also conducted. Results There 45 jaundice neonates were infected with human cytomegalovirus（25.6% ）, 24 patients （13.6%） were with G6PD , 17 patients （9.7%） were suffered with G6PD and HCMV infection. Conclusion G6PD deficiency is associated with HCMV infection.
