过程管理有效应对护理风险效果评价

目的通过实施过程管理,了解过程管理应对护理风险的效果。方法过程管理前后随机抽取各120例患者进行问卷调查,抽查120份病历对护理缺陷、文书书写进行统计。结果实施过程管理后,护理缺陷的发生率明显降低（P〈0.05）,患者疾病知识知晓率、满意度及护理文书书写合格率显著提高（P〈0.05）。结论过程管理能提高护理质量,有效应对护理风险,保障护理安全。

To Explore the Application of Process Management in Nursing Risk Appraisement

Objective Find out the effect of process management in nursing risk through the application of process management. Methods 120 patients selected from all in hostipal patients randomly were accepted questionaire invesigatement before the process management.then the other 120 patients selected by the same method were accepted the same questionaire invesigatement after the process management, by the same method, different 120 case hostories were choosed from all inpatient cases and then the nursing defect and medical writing of the cases were stated before and after the process management.Results The nursing defect was depressed distinctly（P〈0.05）.The understandment of the disease and the satisfaction and eligibility of the medical writing improved distinctly after the application of process management（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The nursing quality can be improved and the nursing risk can be avoided,and the nursing safety can be garranteed effectivly after the applycation of the process management.
