原发性输尿管癌的CT诊断

目的：提高原发性输尿管癌的CT诊断与鉴别诊断水平。材料与方法：回顾性分析10例原发性输尿管癌病人的CT图像资料。男8例，女2例，平均年龄63．5％，均为移行上皮细胞癌。结果：8例平扫时显示软组织肿块。增强后均可见输尿管管腔狭窄，局限性管壁增厚和充盈缺损，所有病例肾盂和梗阻上段输尿管不同程度扩张积水。结论：选择合适的扫描区域和方法，CT对原发性输尿管癌的诊断较为容易，一般可明确诊断，并能为肿瘤分期提供依据。

CT Diagnosis of Primary Ureteral Carcinoma

Purpose:To improve CT diagnostic accuracy in primary ureteral carcinoma.Materials and Methods:The authors analyzed the CT findings of 10 cases with primary ureteral carcinoma retrospectively 8 patients were male and 2 were female,mean age was 63 5 years.10 case of transitional carcinoma were confirmed by pathology.Results:A parenchymal lump was found on CT plain scan in 8 cases.The ureteral wall was thickened,the lumen was narrowed and a filling defect was found on CT enhanced.Renal pelves and obstructive upside ureteral were distend different degree in all cases.Conclusion:Primary ureteral carcinoma may be diagnosed by selectively appropriate area and means on CT.And it is helpful in preoperative staging.
