| 摘 要： | 选择肝硬化腹水８０例，其中中西医结合治疗４０例，西药治疗４０例。西药组采用利尿保肝；中西医结合组辨证分型，基础方随证加减，攻补兼施，扶正祛邪，重症者酌情加西药。结果表明：中西医结合组显效率为６２．５％，总有效率为９２．５％，２周内腹水消退率为５２．０％；西医组分别为３７．５％，７５．０％，２６．６％。两组比较经统计学处理差异显著（均Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水较单用西药治疗不仅腹水消退快、疗效好，而且可以减轻西药的副作用，增强疗效，缩短病程

| Abstract: | Eighty patients with ascites due to cirrhosis were divided into 2 groups:combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine group(CTWMG)and Western medicine group(WMG).Forty patients in CTWMG were treated by sydrome differentiation of TCM and plused Western medicine in severe condition.Forty patients in WMG were treated with diuresis and liver protection.It was found that in CTWMG the markedly effective rate was 62.5%,total effective rate was 92.5%,elimination rate of ascites within 2 weeks was 52.0%;but those in WMG were 37.5%,75.0% and 26.6% respectively( P <0.05).These suggest that CTWM is superior in elimination of ascites,shortening of course,enhancement of effect,and alleviated side effect to the WD. |
