医药分开政策影响患者用药费用控制的研究

医院在当前的医药体制中，一方面向药品供应商大量采购药品，另一方面，医院又将采购的药品以一定的溢价再转手销售给患者。在前一个市场上，医院是药品批发市场上的类似寡头垄断采购商，在后一市场上，医院又扮演药品零售市场上的类似寡头垄断供给商。这时，医疗活动本质上具有严重的信息不对称的特点，具有诱导患者用药需求的动力，易导致药品市场配置失衡。医药分开之后，医院的角色发生了很大的变化，其在这两个市场上失去了不断增加处方用药的动力，医院的处方用药又达到新的供求均衡。根据这个理论分析，运用经济学的供求均衡理论，构建一个简单、直观的药品市场均衡模型，对医药分开政策对患者用药费用控制的影响这一抽象问题进行分析研究。
