胃癌新型PET分子探针的研发进展

摘    要:胃癌是我国最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其在生物学和遗传学上具有显著的肿瘤异质性。PET是一种非侵入性的、实时在体的检查方法。使用PET显像进行早期检测、制定治疗计划和疗效监测有助于辅助诊断、预后,有利于提高胃癌患者5年生存率,并帮助临床医师诊断、鉴别其异质性,从而有针对性地选择个体化的治疗方案。因此,以PET显像为应用基础的胃癌特异性探针研究得到了研究者的高度重视。笔者总结了胃癌特异性靶点及其对应分子探针的热点研究,并阐述和分析了其发展历程及研究成果,希望为胃癌新型PET显像探针的研发提供参考和指导。

Abstract:Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in China, with significant tumor heterogeneity in biology and genetics. PET is a non-invasive, real-time in vivo examination method. The use of PET imaging for early detection, treatment planning and efficacy monitoring is helpful to assist diagnosis and prognosis, improve the five-year survival rate of gastric cancer patients, and help clinicians to diagnose and identify its heterogeneity, so as to select individualized treatment plans. Therefore, the research of specific probes for gastric cancer based on PET imaging has been highly valued by researchers. The author summarized the hot research on specific targets and corresponding molecular probes for gastric cancer, describes and analyzes their development history and research results, hoping to provide reference and guidance for the development of novel PET imaging probes for gastric cancer.
