| 摘 要： | 目的 研究家兔缢死的血气分析和pH值的变化 ,探讨血气分析和 pH值检验对鉴定缢死的法医学意义。方法 将家兔用缢颈的方法处死 ,进行血气分析和 pH值测定。 结果 缢死家兔 pH值下降 (P <0 0 0 5 ) ,Pco2 增高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,O2 SAT下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ,Po2 ,Hco3 ,Tco2 和BE变化不明显。结论 缢死家兔 pH值 ,Pco2 和O2 SAT发生明显变化 ,检验血气分析和pH值对鉴定缢死具有法医学意义

| Abstract: | Objective The pH change and analysis of the gases in blood of the hung rabbits and the significance on forensic medicine were studied Methods The rabbits were put to death by hanging and the gases in blood and pH were measured respectively Results The results showed that the pH dropped ( P <0 005) The Pco 2 was increased ( P <0 05) The O 2SAT reduced ( P <0 05) The change of Po 2,Hco 3,Tco 2 and BE were not considerable Conclusion The change of pH,Pco 2and O 2SAT in blood for rabbits were obvious It is significant for forensic medicine to measure the pH and the gases in blood |
