多排螺旋CT曲面重建在肠道病变的应用

目的探讨多排螺旋CT（MDCT）曲面重建（CPR）肠管成像技术在肠道病变诊断中的临床应用和价值。方法49例肠道病变患者行薄层扫描，沿肠管走行选点划线进行CPR成像，以手术病理结果为金标准。结果CPR肠管成像成功率为100％，均清楚显示肠道病变，定位诊断准确率为100％，病因诊断准确率为91．8％（45／49）。结论CPR肠管成像可直观地显示肠道病变，是横轴位图像和多平面重建（MPR）图像的重要补充，具有很好的诊断作用和应用价值。

The application of multidetector CT curved planar reformations on intestinal diseases

Objective To explore the clinical application and value of multidetector CT （MDCT） curved planar reformations（CPR） in diagnosis of intestinal diseases. Methods Thin slice scans were used to acquire images on 49 patients of intestinal diseases, and CPR technique was used to reconstruct the images along the direction of intestine. The surgery and pathology were regarded as gold standard. Results The successful rate of CPR technique was 100%. CPR could show the intestinal diseases clearly. The accuracy of CPR on localizing diagnosis was 100% ,the accuracy of qualitative diagnosis was 91.8% （45/49）. Conclusion CPR can di- rectly display intestinal diseases. CPR is an efficient supplement to CT axial images and multiplanar reconstruction（MPR） images, has satisfactory diagnostic effect and application value.
