摘    要:心理契约的内容是主观性的,它反映了参与管理活动的组织和个人双方对义务、责任和期待的主观理解。在师资队伍建设的过程中,高等医学院校在思考如何充分评价教师这一问题时,应当重视心理契约理论的应用,这对推行以人为本的教育理念具有指导意义,有利于激发教师的工作积极性,有利于推动高等医学院校师资队伍科学地发展。
