| 摘 要： | 目的探索鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融联合下鼻甲骨折外移治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的效果。方法选择下鼻甲肥大并对药物治疗无效的慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者128例,鼻内镜直视下应用低温等离子射频消融针在每侧下鼻甲消融3-4个点,并将下鼻甲根部骨折外移,于总鼻道轻加压填塞2天。术后1周、1、3、6个月分别复查。结果124例患者治疗效果满意,4例重度下鼻甲骨性肥厚者后经粘膜下部分切除术后治愈。结论鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融联合下鼻甲骨折外移治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎,视野清晰,疗效较满意。该术式是耳鼻喉科一种新的微创技术。
