| 摘 要： | 目的:观察大鼠股骨骨不连模型修复过程中骨形态发生蛋白-2(bone morphogenetic protein-2,BMP-2)在各个时间段的表达情况,初步探讨单一生长因子对骨不连修复的影响.方法:SD大鼠分别于取材前35天、28天、21天、14天、7天、3天和1天建造股骨骨不连模型,同一天处死大鼠取材,RT-PCR技术检测各个样本的BMP-2基因的表达情况.结果:在大鼠股骨骨不连修复过程的不同时间,BMP-2基因表达在中心区和外周区存在差异,中心区BMP-2基因表达滞后,表达的增幅及峰值低于边缘区.结论:大鼠股骨骨不连中心区在修复早期BMP-2基因的低表达及表达时间滞后可能是其骨不连发生的原因之一.
