| 摘 要： | 对５０例卵巢肿瘤的腹水或腹腔冲洗液中的细胞ＤＮＡ进行流式倍体分析．于３２例卵巢恶性肿瘤的腹水或腹腔冲洗液中发现２７例为异倍体，１８例良性肿瘤的腹腔冲洗液仅２例为异倍体．良恶性肿瘤腹水细胞ＤＮＡ倍体状态与临床病理诊断的符合率分别为８８．９％和８４．４％．对２５例卵巢癌的腹水或腹腔冲洗液同时进行细胞学检查，阳性率显著低于流式分析结果，仅为３２％．腹水细胞的流式ＤＮＡ倍体分析为识别良、恶性腹水开辟了一条新的诊断途径．

| Abstract: | DNA-ploid of cells in ascites and fluid of irrigation of abdomind cavity from 50 patients with ovarian tumor was analysed with flow cytometer. The results showed that amueploidy cells were found in 27 casts among 32 cases of malignant tumors. Among 18 cases of benign tumors anueploidy cells appeared only in 2 cases. The correpondence between DNA-ploid in ascites cell and clinical pathologic diagnosis was 88.9% and 84. 4% in benign and malignant ovarian tumors respectively. Cytologic examination was made in 25 cases of ovarian cancer at the same time, and the positive rate was 32% only, much lower than that of flow cytometric DNA-ploid analysis. The flow cytometnic DNA-ploid annlysis of cells in ascite will be a new diagnostic way for distinguishing benign from malignant cells in ascites. |
