魔芋多糖对小鼠胃肠组织胃动素与生长抑素的影响

摘    要:目的探讨魔芋多糖(Konjac polysaccharide,KP)对小鼠胃肠组织的胃动素与生长抑素的影响。方法将实验动物随机分为正常对照(NC)和KP高、中、低剂量(KPH、KPM、KPL)4组,前者给予普通饲料,后三者每100g普通饲料中分别加入KP0.8、0.4和0.2g,连续喂饲20d。应用放射免疫法测定小鼠胃肠组织胃动素生长抑素水平,血糖仪测定血糖并称重体重、体脂和粪便湿重等指标。结果KPH组胃动素为8.26±0.53ng/g,较NC组升高;生长抑素为207.32±21.89ng/g,较NC组降低。各项指标的差别均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论KP可提高小鼠胃肠组织的胃动素水平,降低其生长抑素水平。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of Konjac polysaccharide (KP) on motilin (MOT) and sotnatostatin (SS) of gastrointestinal tissue in mice. Methods The mice were divided into four groups randomly. Normal control group (NC) was given normal feed. High, middle, low dose KP treated groups (KPH, KPM, KPL) were given KP 0.8, 0.4, 0.2g per 100g normal feed. The level of motilin and somatostatin of gastrointestinal, tissue was determined simultaneously by radioimmunassay, and blood glucose was determined by blood glucose analyzer after 20 d. Body weight, adipose tissue and wet weight of stool were also examined. Results The level of motilin of stools of KPH group was 8.26±0.53ng/g .which increased compared with NC group.Somatostatin was 207.32±21.89 ng/g .which decreased compared with NC group. The differences between two groups were significant (P<0.05). Conclusion KP can increase the level of motilin of gastrointestine and decrease its somatostatin in mice.
