摘    要:目的观察缝线诱导大鼠角膜新生血管中CD 105的表达,为临床治疗因外伤、感染、排斥反应等原因所致的角膜新生血管及其他新生血管形成性疾病寻求新的治疗靶点。方法选取Wistar纯系大鼠32只,随机分为4组:7、14、21、28d组,分别于各时间点将其处死,用新生血管灌注方法及CD 105免疫组化观察其新生血管情况及新生血管中CD105的表达。结果随着新生血管生长旺盛,内皮细胞增生活跃,新生血管内皮细胞中CD 105的表达逐渐增强。至角膜缝线后4周左右,新生血管生长趋于静止,内皮细胞增生减弱,CD105表达也明显减弱。结论在新生血管形成过程中CD 105起着重要的作用,可以成为新生血管形成性疾病新的治疗靶点

Abstract:Objective The expression of CD 105 in the new vessels of rat whose eyes were threaded. Find out a new cure for CNV and other newascularization diseases. Methods Choose 32 healthy rat. Divide them into 4 grobups randomly. Kill the mice within 7 days, 14 days,21 days and 28 days respectively. Observe the condition of the newborn blood vessel and the expression of CD 105 in the newborn blood vessel. Results As the newborn blood vessel grows quickly, the endothelia cell reproduces itself actively. The expression of CD 105 in the newborn blood vessel becomes stronger and stronger. After four weeks, the growth of the newborn blood vessel almost come to an end. The reproduction of the endothelia cell decreases and the expression of CD105 also decrease obviously. Conclusion CD 105 plays an important role in the forming process of the newborn blood vessel. It can become a new method of coring the diseases related to the newborn blood vessel.
