紫菜粉对小鼠肠道排便功能的影响

目的研究不同紫菜粉含量的饲料的润肠通便、抑制肠道有害菌以及对粪便挥发性成分的影响。方法以小鼠为实验对象,随机分为空白组、低、高剂量3组,给予含不同紫菜粉的配合饲料30d,测小鼠体重、粪便持水量、粒数、重量、排首黑便时间、pH、大肠杆菌含量以及挥发性成分。结果在连续喂食30d后,紫菜组小鼠粪便持水量、排便粒数、重量都显著增加(P<0.05),首黑便时间缩短,其中以5%的喂食量效果较好。另外,粪便pH值随紫菜添加量的增加而升高,大肠杆菌的含量也呈浓度趋势减少,包括醇类、酚类、烃类、酮类等的挥发性臭气化合物含量下降,同样以5%的功效较好。结论动物实验表明紫菜粉中的膳食纤维具有通便、改善肠道功能和减少粪便臭味的作用。

STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF PORPHYRA POWDER ON THE FUNCTION OF DEFECATION

Objective To study the effect of diet containing different proportions of porphyrapowder on relieving constipation.volatile organic compounds and inhibiting intestinal E coli.Method Mice were divided into 3 groups:blank group,2 test groups.After the mice were allotted for different concentrations of porphyra powder diet for 30 d,the body weight of mice,water-holding capacity,the number and weight of feces within 24 h,the feces pH,E.coli counts and the first black defecating time were detected.The odorous compounds in feces were also measured by headspace solid phase microextraction coupled with GC-MS.Results Compared with the blank group,the water absorbed and number and weight of feces were significantly increased(P<0.05).The time of defecation of first black feces was significantly shorter(P<0.05).The group of 5%porphyra powder diet showed better effect and the feces pH was increased.E coli counts were decreased with a dose-dependent manner.Most of the volatile organic compounds emitted from feces were also decreased.especially after taking 5%porphyra powder diet.Conclusion Porphyra powder has function of relieving constipation,improving intestinal the function and deodorization in animal test.
