LASIK术后早期视盘周围视网膜神经纤维层厚度变化的临床研究

目的利用光学相干断层成像仪（OCT）比较准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术（LASIK）术前与术后早期视盘周围神经纤维层厚度变化,探讨LASIK手术对神经纤维层厚的影响。方法119例（238眼）LASIK手术前及手术后18h进行OCT检查测量以视盘为中心3.4mm直径范围上方、下方、鼻侧、颞侧神经纤维层厚度变化,所得数值以统计学方法进行配对t检验。结果LASIK术后视盘上方及下方视网膜神经纤维层厚度与术前相比明显变厚,差异有统计学意义,t值分别为-4.104和-7.837,P〈0.01,其余各区域视网膜神经纤维层厚度与术前相比略有增加,但差异均无统计学意义。结论LASIK手术早期影响视盘上方及下方视网膜神经纤维层的厚度。

Clinical analysis on the thickness of retinal nerve fiber layer surrounding the optic disc in the very early stage after LASIK

Objective The thickness of nerve fiber layer surrounding the optic disc before LASIK and later by OCT, in order to investigate the effect between the LASIK operation and the thickness of nerve fiber layer. Methods there were 238 eyes plan to operate LASIK, before operation and 18 hours later measure the thickness of nerve fiber layer around the optic disc 3.4mm radius range, especially the up and down , the nasal and the temple side by OCT. Use the SPSS statistics to analyze the result. Results After the LASIK, the nerve fiber layer deep of the optic down side is deeper than before operation and this is sense by ＂t＂ analysis, t value was-4. 104 and -7. 837 respectively, P 〈0. 01 . the rest parts was unense. Conclusion The LASIK can effect the nerve fiber layer thickness of the optic up and down side in the very early.
