| 摘 要： | 目的探讨并发性白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术的手术方法和临床疗效。方法采用小切口非超声乳化白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术治疗并发性白内障62例（83眼）。随访6～18月，平均11．7月。结果术后最佳矫正视力≥1．0者24眼（28．92％），≥0．3者56眼（67．47％）。无严重并发症发生、结论并发性白内障人工晶状体植入术手术复杂，预防以及正确处理并发症是手术治疗的关键因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the surgical methods and effect of the small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation for complicated cataract. Methods The surgery was performed on 83 eyes of 62 patiens suffered from complicated cataract. The follow-up period was 6 - 18 months（ averaged 11.7 months）. Results The postoperative bestcorrected visual acuity of 24 eyes （28.92%） are better than 1.0 and 56 eyes（67.47% ） are better than 0.3. No serious complications were found. Conclusion Carefully observe, early dagnosis and correct treatment can reduce the complications and improve the vision for complicated cataract. |
