小切口非超声乳化在贫闲白内障患者中的应用

目的评价小切口非超声乳化白内障摘出术在贫困白内障患者复明手术中应用的效果。方法对100例（100眼）贫困白内障患者施行小切口非超声乳化术，观察患者术中、术后并发症，术后视力恢复情况及患者满意度。结果术中发生后囊破裂9眼，其中6眼为白内障过熟期，3眼为高血压患者。术后角膜水肿13眼，无严重并发症。术后3d裸眼视力0．5以上者78眼，0．3～0．5者13眼，0．1～0．25者6眼，0．1以下者3眼。患者满意度高。结论小切口非超声乳化术适合批量白内障复明工程。贫困白内障患者宜抓紧及时救治。

The application of small-incision nonphacoemulsification cataract extraction in poor cataract patients

Objective To evaluate the application results of small - incision non - phacoemulsification cataract extraction in poor cataract patients. Methods 100 eyes of 100 poor cataract patients were recieved small incision non -phacoemulsification cataract extraction. The operative complications, visual condition and the patient＇ s satisfaction were observed. Results There were 9 eyes （9. 0% ） with posterior capsule rupture in intraoperative. There were 13 eyes （ 13.0% ） with coneal edema after operation. No serious complications had occurred. There were 91 eyes （91.0%） with uncorrected vision ≥0.3 at 3td postoperativeday. The patient＇s satisfaction was high. Conclusion The small - incision non - phacoemulsification cataract extraction is fit for the cataract visual rehabilitation projects. The poor cataract patients must be treated in time.
