重型颅脑损伤并发闭合性腹部损伤38例诊治分析

目的总结探讨38例重型颅脑损伤并发闭合性腹部损伤患者的诊治方法。方法对38例重型颅脑损伤并发闭合性腹部损伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并对治疗结果随访1～3年。结果38例患者中恢复良好20例,占52.6%;中残4例,占10.5%;重残5例,占13.1%;植物生存3例,占7.9%;死亡6例,占15.9%。结论早期应明确腹部损伤伤情,避免漏诊、误治,重视休克的防治,避免继发性脑损伤,是提高重型颅脑损伤并发闭合性腹部损伤患者救治成功率的关键。

Clinical analysis on severe craniocerebral injury with closed abdominal injury of 38 cases

Objective: To summarize the treatment of 38 cases of severe craniocerebral injury with closed abdominal injury. Methods: Clinical materials of 38 patients with severe craniocerebral injury with closed abdominal injury were retrospectively analyzed and all the patients were followed-up for 1～3 years. Results: 20 patients(52.6 %)recovered favorably,4 patients(10.5%)were moderately maimed,5 patients (13.1%)were severely maimed,3 patients(7.9%)lived as plant,and 6 cases(15.9%)died. Conclusion: In the treatment of patients with severe craniocerebral injury with closed abdominal injury, closed abdominal injury should be diagnosed and dealt with in time. and shock shouldbe paid attention to so as to avoid secondary brain injury and reduce death rate.
