| 摘 要： | 目的：研究溪黄草的化学成分。方法：对溪黄草95%乙醇提取物进行色谱分离,根据色谱数据和理化性质确定各化合物的结构。结果：分离并鉴定了6个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇（1）,胡萝卜苷（2）,nodosin（3）,lasi-odonin（4）,isodocarpin（5）,α-葡萄糖（6）。结论：化合物6为首次从该植物中分离得到。

| Abstract: | To isolate and elucidate the constituents from Isodon serra （Maxim.） Kudo. Methods： The constituents were extracted with EtOH and isolated by chromatography on silica gel. The structures were determined by NMR and MS spectral analysis. Results： Six compounds were identified as fl - stitosterol （ 1 ）, daucosterol （2）, nodosin （3）, lasiodonin （4）, isodocarpin （5）, ot - glucose （6） Conclusion： Compound 6 was isolated from the plant for the first time. |
