摘    要:目的探讨用尿沉渣分析仪和显微镜检测肾性血尿过程中非红细胞因素的干扰和不同时间段对不同电导率尿液检测红细胞结果的影响。方法回顾性分析92例肾性血尿中,非红细胞因素对机检产生干扰、机检与显微镜检测红细胞数量的差异;观察其中80例门诊肾性血尿标本,不同电导率尿液在不同时间段检测对红细胞检出结果的影响。结果 92例肾性血尿中,10例(10.86%)尿液标本机检结果存在完全或部分的非红细胞因素的干扰;机检与显微镜检测红细胞数量存在差异(P<0.01);低电导率尿液中的红细胞随时间的推移,数量明显减少。结论肾小球肾炎病人的尿液应在留尿后立即上机检测和显微镜检验,并将二者结果综合分析。
