| 摘 要： | 目的 观察异常黑胆质性肝癌病证模型肝硬化期免疫器官的组织形态.方法 根据维吾尔医学理论,采用多因素复合作用3周建立大鼠异常黑胆质证载体动物模型后,用二乙基亚硝胺(DEN)诱导进一步建立异常黑胆质性肝癌病证模型至肝硬化.采用光学显微镜对大鼠脾脏和胸腺的组织形态学进行观察.结果 与正常对照组相比,对照肝癌组、异常黑胆质证组和异常黑胆质病证模型组的免疫器官损伤性病理改变显著增加.结论 异常黑胆质体液通过免疫器官的组织形态学来促进异常黑胆质性肝癌病证模型肝硬化的发生和发展. |
