| 摘 要： | 目的观察2种方法在脊柱外科手术后患者拔除留置尿管的情况。方法选取我科2008年8月~2009年2月进行脊柱外科手术后留置尿管患者100例,实验组50例采用膀胱充盈后拔除留置尿管,对照组采用传统方法拔除留置尿管,实验组首次排尿的时间比对照组时间短。结果患者膀胱充盈后拔除留置尿管,首次排尿时间缩短,有利于患者术后排尿。结论脊柱外科手术后50例采用传统方法拔除留置尿管,观察2组拔除留置尿管后患者首次排尿的时间。
