甲状腺良性疾病腹腔镜切除术的临床体会

目的：探讨腹腔镜甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺良性疾病的安全性和有效性。方法：回顾性分析经胸乳入路腹腔镜甲状腺切除术治疗32例甲状腺良性疾病患者的临床资料，其中19例结节性甲状腺肿，9例甲状腺腺瘤，2例结节性甲状腺肿合并腺瘤，2例桥本氏甲状腺炎。结果：32例手术均获成功，有1例转为开放手术，术后2例患者出现声音嘶哑，其中1例在1个月恢复，另1例在术后4个月恢复。手术时间平均109min，术中出血约38ml，术后4d出院。结论：腔镜甲状腺手术安全、可靠，与传统开放式手术相比具有切口小、出血少、术后恢复快、美容效果好等优点。

Clinical experiences of endoscopic thyroidectomy in benign thyroid disease
