| 摘 要： | 目的探讨内科胸腔镜检查对不明原因胸腔积液患者的临床意义。方法分析内科胸腔镜检查15例患者的临床资料。结果 15例胸膜腔疾病患者中经胸腔镜胸膜活检确诊为胸膜转移肿瘤7例,胸膜结核3例,胸膜慢性炎症4例,脓胸1例。15例胸膜腔疾病患者中,恶性肿瘤和结核性胸膜炎患者经胸腔镜胸膜活检阳性率分别为77.78%和100%。结论内科胸腔镜检查对不明原因胸膜腔疾病患者有获得病理诊断、病因诊断及准确肺癌分期等临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical significance of medical thoracoscopy in patients with undiagnosed pleural effusion.Methods Clinical data of medical thoracoscopy of 15 cases were analyzed.Results With pleural biopsy of medical thoracoscopy in these 15 patients,there were 7 cases of pleural light tumor,3 cases of pleural tuberculosis,4 cases of pleural chronic inflammation and 1 case had empyema.In 15 cases,positive rates of malignant tumor tuberculous pleuritis were 77.7% and 100%.Conclusion Medical th... |
