低温保存对晨尿微量白蛋白和与肌酐比值检测结果的影响

摘    要:目的:了解不同时间及低温对晨尿微量白蛋白和微量白蛋白/肌酐检测结果的影响,为长时间低温下保存尿标本检测其微量白蛋白提供实验依据。方法:主要选择住院患者21名,将每位患者留取的晨尿尿标本分成5份,其中一份尿标本在室温条件下及时送检(1组),其余四份尿标本分别在-20℃冰箱内放置2周(2组)、-20℃冰箱内放置1月(3组)、-80℃液氮下放置2周(4组)、-80℃液氮下放置1月(5组)四种不同条件下。五种不同温度和存放时间的晨尿尿标本,应用免疫透射比浊法检测尿微量白蛋白,用酶法检测尿肌酐,并计算尿微量白蛋白/肌酐值。对上述所测的数据,我们采用重复测量资料的方差分析方法进行统计学分析。统计学处理采用spss13.0软件处理。结果:对重复测量资料,需满足方差分析条件进行Mauchly检验(P值为0.000),用Greenhouse-Geisser法对自由度进行校正后,采用LSD多重比较结果,各组尿微量白蛋白尿和尿微量白蛋白/肌酐值之间差异没有统计学意义。结论:在农村地区和不具备当天检测尿白蛋白的地区可采用尿标本集中低温存放和统一检测的方式做尿白蛋白的检测。

Abstract:Objective To understand the effect of different times and low temperature in test of morning urinary albumin and albumin / creatinine,to provide experimental evidence in test for storing urinary long time in low temperature.Method:chose 21 patients,sacrificing each patient's morning urine samples divided into 5 groups,in which a urine specimen at room temperature for timely submission(group 1),while the other urine samples were stored at different temperature:- 20℃refrigerator place within 2 weeks(group 2),- 20℃refrigerator placed in one month(Group 3 ),- 80℃under liquid nitrogen,placed 2 weeks(Group 4),- 80℃under liquid nitrogen,placed in one month(group5 ).Use immuno turbidimetry to test urine albumin, creatinine in urine by enzyme,and calculate the urinary albumin / creatinine values in 5 different samples. Spss13.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:On repeated measurement data,analysis of variance needed to meet the conditions of Mauchly test(P = 0.000),with Greenhouse - Geisser degrees of freedom were corrected method,using LSD multiple comparison.The urine microalbumin and urinary albumin / creatinine values have no significantly differences between the 5 groups.Conclusion:In rural areas where do not have the ability to test urine albumin timely,the urine can be stored at a low temperature and to test in other days needed.
