| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨新疆维吾尔族、汉族TIM-3基因的单核苷酸多态性位点rs10053538的多态性及其与过敏性鼻炎的关系.方法 采用SNaPshot SNP分型技术检测新疆地区维、汉族正常及过敏性鼻炎各150例TIM-3启动子区rs10053538的单核苷酸多态性,计算基因型和等位基因频率.结果 新疆地区维吾尔族、汉族正常人群TIM-3基因启动子区rs10053538位点基因型及其频率TT、TG、GG分别为0.86、0.13、0.01及0.89、0.1、0.01,过敏性鼻炎组的频率分别为0.86、0.14、0及0.87、0.13、0,其基因型和等位基因频率均与对照组差异无统计学意义(P值>0.05).结论 新疆维吾尔族、汉族人群TIM-3基因启动子区rs10053538与过敏性鼻炎之间不存在相关性.
