狂犬病疫苗的免疫应答效果及其影响因素观察

目的: 观察研究不同性别、年龄、体质及居住地区人群被犬咬伤注射狂犬病疫苗后的免疫应答效果与影响因素。方法: 对721 例犬咬伤患者及时全程接种狂犬病疫苗,并于种苗结束后15 天至一个月用荧光法检测患者血清犬抗阳性情况。结果: 全部721 例种苗者总阳性率为98.34% , 总阴性率为 1.66% 。不同性别组阳性率相近, > 61 岁组阳性率(91.22% ), 低于其他年龄组, 伴慢性肾炎接受免疫抑制剂组阳性率(77.78% )明显低于其他体质人群组。乡镇组阳性率(97.97% )略低于城区组(100% )。结论: 人被犬咬伤后及时常规全程接种狂犬病疫苗, 其免疫应答效果甚为满意。伴慢性病者及高龄者, 其免疫应答效果略差

Effect and the influence factor of immunoresponsiveness of hydrophobia bacterin

Objective: To study the effect complication and effect of immunoresponsivenss on the people who are bitten by dog and injected hydrophobia bacterin. Metheds: all of 721 cases is injected the hydrophobia bacterin whole couse in time and examined the hydrophobia antibody in the blood serum after 15 days to l month by fluoroscopy. Results: the overall positiver rate is 98.34%, the overall negative rate is 1.66% in 721 cases. The positve rate is closed in different sex group. The positive rate is 91.22% and lower of other years group in >61 years group.
