颈动脉粥样斑块显示与中风预报

目的:观察研究超声监测缺血性脑血管病人颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的临床应用价值及缺血性脑血管疾病的预报价值。方法:选择缺血性脑血管病人83例为观察组(组),无脑血管疾病的人员65例为对照组(组),使用双功能彩色多普勒超声仪(探头频率10MHz)观察颈内动脉的内膜、中层和外膜三层结构,发现动脉粥样硬化斑块并确定其大小、范围、表面形态、病变性质及狭窄程度,并准确测定血管壁的厚度、内径、腔面积,同时彩色多普勒显示颈内动脉血流状态及流速、流量。结果:缺血性脑血管疾病病人的颈动脉硬化斑块的检出率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),观察组颈动脉收缩期血流速度峰值(PS)和舒张末期血流速度(ED)明显低于对照组(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论:超声可以监测颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的存在并可以预报缺血性脑血管疾病

Carotid artery atheromatous plaque detection and apoplexy expectation

Objective: The authors investigate carotid artery (CA)atheromatous plaque (AP)monitoring and apoplexy expcting in patients with ischemic strokes by duplex ultrasound. Methods: 83 patients with ischemic strokes were allocated to group I, and 65 patients with non-ischemic strokes were selected as control (group Ⅱ). The authors observed the inner membrane, the middle layer and the outer membrane of CA by the ues of duplex ultrasound (with probe frequency 10MHz). When finding the CAAPs, The authors measured their size, range, shape and stenosis edgree of CA and measured the thickness of the wall of CA and their diameter, crosscut area. In the study, the velocity, volume flow of CA were also measured. Results: The detection rate of CAAP in group I was significantly higher than that in group Ⅱ( P<0.01 )。 PS and ED in group Ⅰ were much lower than that in group Ⅱ ( P<0.05 , and P<0.01 respectively). Conclusian: By the use of duplex ultrasound, the authors can monitor the prevalence of CAAP and expect the currence of apoplexy.
