不同体重类型代谢综合征患者冠脉病变程度的比较

目的了解不同体重类型代谢综合征患者冠状动脉病变程度的差异。方法选取因胸痛入院行冠脉造影检查并诊断为代谢综合征的患者240例，根据体重指数分为超重或肥胖组（BMI≥25kg／m^2）与正常体重组（BMI〈25kg／m^2）。比较两组患者冠脉病变程度和临床指标的差异。结果超重或肥胖组患者冠脉多支病变发生率高于正常体重组（P〈0．05），冠脉正常发生率低于正常体重组（P〈0．05），两组患者冠脉单支、双支病变发生率无明显差异。发生冠脉多支病变的超重或肥胖组患者的低密度脂蛋白．胆固醇水平高于正常体重组（P〈0．05）。结论冠脉综合征合并肥胖患者更易于发生冠脉多支病变，对于冠脉综合征患者应积极控制体重。

The difference of coronary artery stenosis level between over weight or obesity patients and normal weight patients with metabolic syndrome

Objective To approach the difference about coronary artery stenosis level between over weight or obesity patients and normal weight patients with metabolic syndrome. Method According to the BMI, 240 patients were divided into the group with over weight or obesity MS（ BMI ≥25 kg/m^2） and the group with normal weight MS（ BMI 〈 25 kg/m^2）. These patients were admitted for chest pain and had been undergone coronary angiography. The two groups were compared for the coronary artery stenosis level. Result The incidence about coronary multi-vessal disease of over weight or obesity MS group was higher than normal weight MS group. The incidence about normal coronary artery of normal weight MS group was higher than over weight or obesity MS group. There were no difference about the incidence of single and double coronary vessal disease between the two groups. The low density lipoprotein level of over weight or obesity MS group with coronary muhi-vessal disease was higher than the normal weight MS group. Conclusion Over weight or obesity MS patients had higher incidence about coronary muhi-vessal disease than normal weight MS patients. The low density lipoprotein level should be controled lower in MS patients.
