杏贝颗粒中苦杏仁等药材提取工艺的正交实验研究 |

摘 要: | 目的 确定杏贝颗粒处方中苦杏仁等药材的最佳提取工艺条件。方法 以苦杏仁苷提取率和得膏率为指标,来考查药材前处理、加水量和煎煮时间对苦杏仁苷提取效果的影响。结果 最佳提取条件为:苦杏仁沸下,加(10 8)倍水,煎煮(2 2)h。结论 该最佳工艺是稳定可行的,可用于工业化生产。

Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish the optimal extraction technique for extracting Semen Pruni Armeniacae and other medicinal materials from Xingbei Granule. METHOD Observation was made on the effect of pre-treatment, water amount and decoction time on the extraction result, with the extraction rate of amygdaloside as the index.RESULT The best extraction conditions: Semen Pruni Armeniacae added to (10+8 times) boiling water decocted for2+2hours.CONCLUSION This optimal technique is stable and workable and can be used in industrial production. |
