| 摘 要： | 应用高效液相色谱检测牙周袋内置入四环素缓释药膜（含四环素１５０μｇ）的牙周炎患者龈沟液，以外标法测定置入药膜后２，４，５，７ｄ牙周袋内四环素药物浓度。结果置入药膜后７ｄ牙周袋内药物浓度维持在２０μｇ／ｍｌ左右，提示该药膜缓释作用好，再次置药膜复诊时间可在初次用药后的１０～１４ｄ进行。以高效液相色谱法对缓释药物浓度的监测可直接、间接反映药膜在体内的缓释效应。具有简便、快速的优点。

Detection of Tetracycline in Periodontal Pocket with High Performance Liquid Chromatograph |

| Abstract: | This study was to detect the concentration of tetracycline(TC) in gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) from periodontitis patients who were placed in with TC delivery (TC 150 μg) by high performance liquid chromatograph (HPLC). The result showed that after 7 days of placing. The TC delivery in periodontal pockets, the concentration of TC in GCF was about 20 μg/ml. It is indicated that the slowly releasing efficiency of this TC delivery was good, a second application may be at 10～14 days after first application. This method to detect drug delivery with HPLC is simple and quick. |
