家庭干预模式对原发性高血压病防治的效果评价

目的探讨家庭模式综合干预对高血压病的治疗作用及对其预后的影响。方法选取98个高血压家庭作为干预组，同时选取103个高血压家庭作为对照纽，对干预组高血压病患者进行定点、定时监测，同时进行家庭随访，综合干预，并与对照组进行前瞻性对照研究。结果入选前干预组干预前收缩压153．13±7．65mmHg，舒张压94．50±5．97mmHg；干预后收缩压为135．86±10．09mmHg，舒张压为82．62±4．90mmHg，干预组干预前后收缩压和舒张压均明显下降，且差别有统计学意义（P〈0．01），对照组干预前后收缩压合舒张压未见明显下降。干预组高血压患者相关知识知晓率改变情况、治疗率改变情况、控制率改变情况、高盐摄入率改变情况各项指标均显著好于对照组；死亡率评价结果与对照纽相比较，没有统计学差异。结论社区高血压家庭干预模式对提高社区高血压控制率是一种可行的防治手段，值得推广。

Evaluation of family intervention model for essential hypertension patients

Objective To explore the effect of family intervention model for the control of essential hypertension, Methods 98 essential hypertension patients families were as the study group and 103 hypertension families as the control group. The hypertension patients in study group were monitored and followed up in community and their families for the comprehensive intervention. Results Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in study group declined from 153. 13 ± 7.65 mmHg and 94.50 ± 5.97 mmHg to 135. 86 ± 10. 09 mmHg and 82. 62 ± 4.90 mmHg respectively at the end of the study, indicating significant decline compared with those in control group （ P 〈0.01 ）. Awareness rate, treatment rate, control rate and high salt uptake rate in study group were all improved significantly compared with those of control group （ P 〈0.05 ）. There was no difference in death rate between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Family intervention model in the community is a feasible prevention measure to increase control rate of hypertension.
