封条式管理及物品有效期一览表在抢救车管理中的应用

目的探寻更加科学合理的方法以保证抢救车内物品的数量及完整率，减少护士交班时间，提高工作效率，并方便紧急情况下的使用，确保抢救质量。方法绘制抢救车示意图，标明具体物品的摆放位置、基数，设计物品有效期一览表，同时采用封条式管理，专人负责，定期进行质量控制检查。结果大大地节省了护士的交接班时间，同时也让护士熟悉抢救车内物品的摆放位置，减少了抢救时的忙乱，物品完好率达100％。结论抢救车的规范化管理能提高医疗护理质量，也体现了将护士的时间还给患者的服务宗旨。

Application of Seal up Type Management and Item Expiration Date Catalogue on Management of Emergency Rescue Vehicles

Objective To retrieval a more scientific and rational method to ensure the quantity and integrity rate of items on the emergency rescue vehicles, which will decrease nurses＇ shifting record time and improve efficiency of nursing. In the case of urgent situation, it can be con- veniently applied for the quality of emergency rescue. Methods To draw a conceptual diagram of emergency rescue vehicle, in which the local- ization and basic numbers of specific items were indicated clearly; to design the item expiration date catalogue, and to introduce seal up type management, special manager in charge of the emergency rescue vehicles can check up regularly for quality control. Results It decreased nurses＇ shifting record time, and at the same time made them have an intimate knowledge of the localization of items on the emergency rescue vehicles. It＇s no more busy and flurried in the case of urgent situation. The integrity rate of items on the emergency rescue vehiclea reached 100%. Conclusion The standardized management of emergency rescue vehicles can improve the quality of medical care, which saves more time for nurses to service for patients.
