大肠肿瘤组织中CD44V6、Bcl2和P53的表达与预后的关系

目的 探讨CD_(44v6)、Bcl_2、P_(53)的表达与大肠肿瘤的分化程度及预后的关系。方法 采用EnVision法对6例正常大肠粘膜、25例大肠腺瘤、40例大肠腺癌进行检测。结果 CD_(44v6)、Bcl_2的阳性率与肿瘤分化程度显著相关(P<0.01);CD_(44v6)、P_(53)与肿瘤的分期、有无淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.01)。结论 CD_(44v6)、Bcl_2、P_(53)在判断大肠肿瘤分化程度及估计预后中,可联合作为一个重要指标之一。

A Study of the Expressions of CD44V6、Bcl2 and P53 for Prediction of Prognosis in Adenomas and Carcinomas of Colorectum

Objective To study the relationship between the expression of CD44V6 , Bcl2 and P53 and degrees of tumor differentiation and prognosis in adenomas and carcinomas of the colorectum. Methods Six subjects with normal mucosa of the large bowel, 25 patients with colorectal adenomas and 40 patients with colorectal carcinoma were examined by EnVision method. Results The expressions of CD44V6 and Bcl2 had significant relation to well differentiated carcinoma and poorly differentiated carcinoma of colorectum ( P < 0. 01) . CD44V6 and P53 expressions showed significant relationship with Duke's stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.01). Conclusion CD44V6 , Bcl2 and P53 co-expressions may be a useful guide line in estimating the degrees of differention of colorectal tumor and predicting its prognosis.
